I turned 25 may 29th 2011 aand have earned income from employment. Does that mean i am eligible for the earned income tax credit? I am single and have no children and can not be claimed on anyone elses taxes.

Can i claim my mileage for 2011 i use my car for work i put about 15000 miles on my car for 2011. I THINK THE MILEAGE rate for 2011 is 0.51 cents my employer just pays me 0.34 cents?
